My name is Cody Davis, and I’m the owner and lead inspector at CD Home Inspections. I’ve spent most of my life working in the construction industry and have spent the last ten years working as an electrician in the IBEW. 

I became interested in becoming a home inspector after I purchased my first home, and saw the benefits of having quality inspection done. I truly believe a home inspection is one of the most important parts of the home buying process and I strive to make my clients feel confident in their future home. 

Home inspectors should not only look for possible defects in a home, but also help educate their clients on maintaining one. At CD Home Inspections you will receive more than just an inspection report.
